Beverly Rabalais, Broker-Associate GRI

Beverly Rabalais came to Sarasota from the Northern Virginia area in 1980, planning to stay a few months. It was enough time for her to fall in love with Sarasota and decide to make it her home. She earned her real estate license in 1981, her broker's license in 1983, and began her career in interval ownership sales at White Sands of Longboat on the north end of beautiful Longboat Key. She and her family still own several weeks at White Sands, and Beverly has been an active member of the Board of Directors for a number of years. While her primary focus is waterfront property, she has a working knowledge of property throughout the county and a great deal of experience with communities designed especially for older persons.
